The big news for the Hilary Highet Shop is the acquisition of Sandwich which was voted brand of the year by its customers two years running. It cleverly combines young- light-hearted styling with a fit that suits all ages. It certainly seems to be hitting the spot, along with Massai which is both feminine and yet is a strong statement. With its lovely prints and easy styling it flies out of the store. Vetono and Oska are classy, beautifully pure and unfussy . Sahara, Evatralala and Flax - are glowing with colour - I know you will be delighted with them. Appanage gives us wonderful lady-like dresses to grace any special occasion. Other treats are scarves from Blank, jewelry from Mint and Kazuri and sandals from Switch-flops: a clever ideas - matching your outfit with a removable trim - so you only need one pair of sandals but perhaps one or two trims. We have an extensive selection of jeans: Not Your Daughter’s Jeans, French Dressing Jeans, Amazing Woman Jeans and Mac continuing to shape the bodies of Hilary Highet customers. Watch out for leggins from Amazing Woman with the same engineering qualities as the tummy tuck jeans.

A Kind Of Blue at No 7 Broad Street is still in the process of extensive renovation( rotten windows needing to be replaced - some structural repairs needed etc.) Watch this space!

Knitwear Studio, Town Mill: You are very welcome to visit my workroom at the Town Mill where you can order my original handmade knitwear designs in the colour and size of your choice and find bargains and trial design samples. I have been experimenting to see if any of my designs will translate into factory production to produce the classic HH look for less. I have received the first trial run - all in size 3 at the moment and they look very promising so I may well progress this further.
